So after looking at all the options, I ended up getting a couple of slices. If I remember the names, it was one slice of Italian Wedding and one slice of Broken Lasagna. Both were excellent. The topping and sauce had tons of flavor. But the crust made the pizza. It was so crispy with a little bite (you had to fight it a bit which is perfect). So I have no idea how hot the oven is, but it put a nice crisp on that crust. Here's a pic of the oven.
Here's a pic of the slices in the box. I always get them to go. I eat half in the place. Then take the rest back. By the time I walk back, I'm ready for the rest.
Some pretty nice char on the crust. It had a great taste. I'm craving another slice as I'm sitting down to write this tonight.
So they also have desserts. I ended up getting a couple (yes 2, but they are small) of cannoli.
So with the 2 slices (I think he said it was a 2 for $6 special), 2 cannoli and a Vitamin Water, it was $10.70. A little more than some other places, but well worth it. I've read online that they also have breakfast pizza (one of my favorites). I think I'll hit it up in the morning and see...
